Methodology: Microlatex Particle-Mediated Immunoassay

Specimen Required: Collect: Light Blue(Sodium Citrate) - 1 ml plasma
Specimen Preparation: Allow specimen to clot completely at room temperature. Separate plasma from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer plasma to an Standard Transport Tube.
Storage/Transport Temperature: CRITICAL FROZEN. 
Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.
Stability: Frozen: 1 month.
Unacceptable Conditions: Serum. EDTA plasma, clotted or hemolyzed specimens.
