| Specimen Required: | Patient Preparation:Timing of specimen collection: Pre-dose (trough) draw - At steady state concentration.
Collect: Plain Red OR Lavender (K2 or K3EDTA) - 1 ml serum or plasma.
Specimen Preparation: Allow specimen to clot completely at room temperature Separate serum or plasma from cells within 2 hours of collection. Transfer serum or plasma to a Standard Transport Tube.
Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated.
