Specimen Required: Collect: Serum Separator Tube (SST) 
Specimen Preparation: Patient must be fasting and at complete rest 30 minutes before blood collection. Allow blood samples to clot (15 mins). Separate the serum from the cells by centrifuging for 10 minutes. Store serum at 2-8°C until analysis.
Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated.
Stability : Refrigerate immediately. Stable at 2–8°C for 8 hours or for 2 months (aliquotted) at –20°C. Avoid repeated thawing and freezing.
