Specimen Preparation: Gently invert tube to mix contents; allow to clot at room temperature for 30 minutes. Separate serum from cells within 8 hours.
Storage/Transport temperature: CRITICAL REFRIGERATED.
Unacceptable Conditions: Plasma. Specimens more than 6 days old. Separator tubes.
Stability: Ambient: Unacceptable; Refrigerated: 6 days; Frozen: Unacceptable
