Login to Physician Portal to order medical lab test kits and materials, download patient result, edit account information.
Order Supplies
Accu Reference provides supplies for collecting specimens to our clients. Supplies can be ordered in 3 ways: Use the Online Inventory Order Form Print out the Supplies Request Form and fax the complement form to 908-474-0032 Send Supplies Request Form to customer service
