PGx Providers

1. To initiate the process please contact your sales rep or email us at cs@accureference.com
2. An activation link will be sent to you via email. This email is usually sent within 24 hours.
3. Click the activation link in the email confirmation. **Please note this link is only active for 24 hours. (If the link has expired please email cs@accureference.com and a new confirmation email will be sent.)
4. After clicking the link you will be directed to the PGX login portal. Enter you username (same as your email) and the password you created.
5. Bookmark this site for future login.
6. Once the account has been activated all PGX results for patients assigned to this facility will be available to view or download.

*This portal is available from any computer with online access.

**This website is HIPPAA compliant. Please email us at pgx@accureference.com if you would like to add or delete users. Genetic Results are confidential and should not be viewed by unauthorized individuals.
